    When I use credits from my subscription toward a service, are there any restrictions or blackout periods?

    Credits can be used anytime during your active subscription year — there are no blackout periods.

    Your Annual Subscription Credits are designed to give you freedom, not limitations. You can apply credits toward any qualifying premium service at any time during your 12-month subscription cycle.

    The Only Conditions Are:

    • • You must have an active subscription in good standing
    • • Credits reset annually (they don't roll over to the next year)
    • • Credits can't be exchanged for cash or used toward subscription billing
    • • They can, however, be combined with promotions or Partner Perk discounts

    This means you can plan ahead — for example, saving your credits for a mid-year website upgrade or Q4 automation rollout. There are no blackout periods or "use-by" windows beyond your annual reset date, ensuring complete flexibility throughout the year.
