How does billing and subscription work for MonuCore?
MonuCore bills monthly (with optional annual term), you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, and your subscription gives you access to the software tier and entitlements.
When you sign up for MonuCore:
- You select your plan (Manager, Designer, Marketer) and enter your payment information
- Billing is monthly by default. Annual billing may be offered with a discount (check current promo)
- You can upgrade your plan at any time — if you move up mid-month we'll pro-rate the difference and apply it
- Downgrading is also permitted; the next billing cycle will reflect the lower tier
- Your billing also ties into our Partner Perks: If you are subscribed and qualify (via premium service, credit, etc.), your pricing or entitlements change accordingly
- We aim to keep the process transparent — you'll receive invoice emails, usage dashboards, and support if you have questions
- For customers with larger enterprise needs or custom integrations, we also offer consultative onboarding and pricing — reach out to discuss
