What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan within a billing cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
When you upgrade, for example from Manager to Designer or Marketer, you get the features of the higher plan right away, and the invoice is prorated for the rest of the billing period.
When You Upgrade

- • No interruption in service
When you downgrade, the current plan continues until the end of the billing cycle, then the lower plan starts. We do not delete records.
When You Downgrade
- • Current plan continues until the cycle ends
- • Lower plan starts at the next billing date
- • Records stay in place
- • Features that belong to the higher plan stop at the next cycle
Annual billing is $1,314 for Manager, $2,538 for Designer, and $4,580 for Marketer. Switching to annual is prorated and starts immediately. Switching back to monthly starts at the next billing cycle. The pricing page lists both prices, and support can help you time the change.
