What happens if I upgrade or downgrade my plan within a billing cycle?
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
MonuCore offers flexible subscriptions because we know your business changes over time. When you upgrade (for example, from Manager to Marketer), you'll instantly gain access to all features of the higher plan, and your invoice will reflect a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period.
When You Upgrade

When you downgrade, your plan will continue at its current tier until the end of the billing cycle, then adjust automatically to the lower tier afterward. All your data remains intact regardless of plan changes — we never delete or lock records.
When You Downgrade
- • Current plan continues until cycle end
- • Lower tier activated at next billing
- • All data preserved
- • Premium features paused (not deleted)
If you move from a higher tier to a lower one, certain premium features (like advanced automations or credits) may be paused until reactivated by upgrading again. Our billing portal makes it easy to manage these changes, and our support team can assist if you need help planning the best transition time.
