Each subscriber's data is stored in a multi-tenant environment, but isolated by subscriber ID to prevent unauthorized access. We follow best practices in compliance with data privacy standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
As a subscriber, you always own your data — we simply store and process it for you. You can export your data at any time, and if you cancel, you retain ownership and can request a full data export.
MonuCore will never sell, rent, or trade customer data. Our goal is to safeguard your records so you can confidently manage your business operations and customer information.
